Meditation is the state of listening to your Guides and Creator. It is also the detachment from your environment,
allowing your mind to focus freely and singularly on a particular subject, or to allow it to be clear and open to
messages. Meditation does not always have to be conducted in a perfectly serene environment. With practice, you
will find that you can meditate under any circumstance.
To begin with, a relaxing bath or shower will instantly prepare your mind for meditation. Set a circle of sea salt
around the space where you will want to work from and as you are doing this, say a prayer stating that no spirit or
energy that is not for your highest good is allowed in the space.
Candles, gemstones and incense that goes along with your intent are good enhancements to the meditation but not
necessary. Sitting comfortably, work to clear the thoughts of your mind. I focus on the flame of a candle or a
particular color to achieve this state

yourself down into the space of peace. I work with the following to help me get there:
When you feel comfortable, say " I ask my guides to reveal themselves to me. Help me to recognize the symbols you
have for me as they come. Reveal to me your name/names.
At this point, visualize another energy cloud coming into your minds eye. Notice its color and shape. When the cloud
dissipates, what is left behind? Ask the energy for its name and how it would like to communicate with you. Don't force
an answer to come, if nothing comes the first time, don't worry, it will. It is important to have patience with yourself.
When you are satisfied, allow yourself to slowly come back into yourself, go back through the countdown in reverse,
reaffirming the intention of each step. Don't forget to thank the spiritual energies from coming to your space.
Over the course of the next few days or even weeks, notice any and all repeated occurrences. These can be
numbers, animals, colors, songs, anything that is patterned and repeated enough for you to notice. Explore what they
mean not only in the many publications on the subject but what they mean to you. Repeated names can also be
another way your guides tell you their name. Not everyone can just hear them, so they will find a way to communicate
wit you that you can connect with.

- 7- I am a creative and sensual being, deserving of the energy I need to accomplish my goals (orange)
- 6- I have no fear, I am connected with my natural intuition and move with it easily (yellow)
- 5- My emotions are free to be what they need to be, I exist in unconditional love (pink and green swirl)
- 4- I release all guilt, I know that my choices were the best they could be with the knowledge I had at the time
(turquoise) - I can and will speak my truth (blue)
- I see my guides clearly and connect with their messages easily (purple)
- I am one with the unconditional love of the Universal All (white or gold)
